Grades and campuses

Which grades does each campus offer?

CV Raman Nagar offers Pre-Primary to Grade 12. Indiranagar and Mandur offer Pre-Primary to Grade 10. Ballari, our newest campus, offers Pre-Primary to Grade 6 and grows year on year.

Are NCFE schools CBSE?

Our CV Raman Nagar, Indiranagar and Mandur campuses are CBSE schools. The Ballari campus follows the CBSE pattern of education.

Applying

How do I start the admission process?

Make an enquiry online or by phone, visit the campus, and submit your application for the chosen grade. A friendly interaction follows, then an offer if a seat is available.

Is there an entrance exam?

There is no exam for pre-primary and early grades — only a relaxed interaction. Higher grades may have a short readiness check.

What documents are required?

Typically the child's birth certificate, photographs, Aadhaar cards, address proof, and for Grade 1 and above, the previous report card and Transfer Certificate.

Fees, transport and care

How do fees work?

Fees vary by grade and campus and are shared transparently at the offer stage, so you always know what to expect.

Is school transport available?

Yes. NCFE offers safe, GPS-tracked school transport with trained drivers and attendants on routes across the city.

Do you offer daycare?

Yes, several campuses offer daycare so working parents have safe, caring support beyond school hours.

What about results and safety?

NCFE has a strong record of board results, and student safety is our top priority — with CCTV, secure gates, an infirmary with a trained nurse, and supervised classrooms.
