Accounts & security
Where a service requires you to open an account, you must complete registration with true, current, complete and accurate information, and keep it up to date. You choose a username and password and are entirely responsible for keeping your password and account confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify the VijayKiran Group of Institutions of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. The management will not be liable for any loss you incur from someone else using your password or account; however, you may be held liable for losses incurred by the organisation or its affiliates from such use. You may not use anyone else’s account without the account holder’s permission.
If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, the organisation may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of its services. You are responsible for any costs arising from damage caused to the website and its framework.
05
Acceptable use
As a condition of using this website, you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the services in any way that could damage or disable the network owned and managed by the VijayKiran Group of Institutions, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to services, materials, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the website through hacking, password mining or any other means.
06
Fee refund policy
Withdrawal notification
Parents/guardians must provide written notice of withdrawal to the school administration.
The effective date of withdrawal is the date the written notice is received.
Registration & admission fees
Registration and admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the school is unable to offer admission due to capacity constraints or other exceptional circumstances.
Tuition fees
If written notice of withdrawal is received before the start of the academic year (or within a specified grace period, such as two weeks before it begins), the paid tuition fees will be fully refunded, excluding registration and admission fees.
If written notice is received after the academic year has started, the refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the number of school days attended.
Other fees & charges
Other fees and charges — including transportation, extracurricular activity and examination fees — are generally non-refundable once the service or activity has been availed or initiated.
In exceptional cases where a student cannot continue a specific service or activity due to circumstances beyond their control, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund process
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receiving the written withdrawal notice.
Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
All refunds are subject to any applicable taxes or deductions in line with the latest fiscal policies and regulations in India.
07
Spam email & postings
You agree that the VijayKiran Group of Institutions and its partner organisations would be irreparably harmed by the use, by you or others, of the website or its facilities to transmit spam, newsgroup postings or unsolicited email in violation of these terms. The management is entitled to seek injunctive relief against any such transmission.
