A simple, supportive process designed to help us get to know your child — and help you get to know NCFE.

Enquire
Fill in the short online enquiry form with your child’s name, date of birth, preferred campus and grade. A member of our team calls you back. You can also call the campus directly.

Fill in the application form
Complete the paid application form and submit the documents listed below. Our team will confirm the application-form fee, payment method and refund terms before you pay.

Arrange a campus visit
After completing the application form, arrange a campus visit with our team at a suitable time. The visit comes before the programme briefing.

Programme briefing
Our team walks you through the programme details for your child’s stage. Bring your questions so you can understand the programme before deciding.

Meet the Principal
Meet the campus Principal. Our team will arrange the meeting and explain what you and your child need to prepare.

Offer of admission
If a place is available in the requested grade, we offer admission to your child. Our team will explain the fee-confirmation window and the terms before you confirm it.
