Summary

Everything you need to apply to NCFE in one place — eligibility by age and grade, the documents checklist, how fees work, and who to contact at each campus.

Getting your paperwork right makes admissions quick and stress-free. Here is a clear breakdown of eligibility, documents, fees and contacts for joining NCFE.

Eligibility by age and grade

Admission to Pre-Primary generally begins from 3 years of age, and children progress into the next grade by calendar year. For Grade 1 and above, placement is based on the child's previous grade and a short readiness interaction. Each campus follows CBSE age guidelines.

Documents checklist

  • Birth certificate of the child

  • Passport-size photographs (child and parents)

  • Aadhaar cards (child and both parents)

  • Previous school report card (Grade 1 and above)

  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school (Grade 1 and above)

  • Residential address proof

How fees work

Fees vary by grade and campus and are shared transparently at the time of your admission offer. Many costs — such as fee due dates and replacement charges for items like ID cards or books — are common across campuses, while some details differ by location. Our admissions team will walk you through the complete structure so there are no surprises.

Key dates

Admissions for 2026–27 are open now. Because seats per grade are limited, we recommend enquiring early, booking a campus visit, and submitting your application as soon as your documents are ready.
